Justice

When I prove someone wrong, I do it to where there is no point of a rebuttal. And when I’m done ripping apart your points, if you say a response, it’s only going to sound dumb. When I heard what St. Louis County prosecutor Robert McCulloch said during his reading of the Darren Wilson, it sounded exactly how I would’ve said it.

McCulloch obliterated every testimonial giving by “witnesses” to the Michael Brown shooting to the point where you don’t know what really happened. I said the exact same thing when I heard “witness” after “witness” to the shooting.

A key witness said that Brown was shot in the back….but all the bullets in his body where from the front of Brown. This eventually turned into an utter fiasco, where anyone who had a mouth said they saw something. Too many idiots diluted the testimonies by flat out lying.

Now to the riots that took place last night. Michael Brown’s Stepfather tells the crowd, “Burn This Bitch Down”. Clearly not the words of an intelligent human being. You can make the slightest argument about emotion and what would do in the same situation. I sure as Hell wouldn’t tell a crowd to burn the city down. I would never tell a crowd to set fire to cop car, shoot guns in the air, rob stores and more importantly not do thing to embarrass my RACE!

This is EXACTLY what is wrong with Black America. And last night was a perfect example what not to do. They lost the verdict, in a landslide it seemed. Scientific evidence provided by multiple examiners recreated this shooting with etude details.

There is no argument to support Michael Brown. In the day and age where EVERYTHING is caught on a cell phone camera, are you telling me that NOBODY caught this on camera. The shooting I mean, there are tons of videos of after the shooting.

And you can’t make the argument that people were too scared to take video. That they were huddled inside as the White Man killed one of Ferguson’s favorite sons. I remember there is video of the Boston Marathon Bombers in a shootout with police, where bombs were thrown and there is still video of that.

So you have 0 video evidence, testimonials like Swiss Cheese (full of holes is you didn’t get that), and the physical evidence is so telling that we know what happened, how did Black America think that Darren Wilson would go to jail, or even waste time with a court appearance?

75% of crimes are committed by Black individuals. So can that be why the police arrest mostly Black individuals. Just wanted to put that out there if people still make the argument that the police are targeting Black individuals.

Michael Brown is a criminal by definition. Brown robbed a store prior to getting shot. Brown assaulted an officer of the law. They have photos out of Wilson’s face after Brown punched him. It doesn’t matter if Wilson’s skull was shattered or a bruise on his face. Brown assaulted an officer. End of story.

Wilson did the right thing. Wilson shot Brown who kept coming at him after Brown first robbed a store and assaulted Wilson. The argument I keep hearing is why did Wilson have to shoot Brown? Couldn’t he have used other force to subdue Brown? The answer is yes. Wilson could’ve used his pepper spray, which may or may not have worked on Brown. Wilson could have used his police baton or try to fist fight Brown, both tactics still have glaring variables. So a gun is the only 100% person stopping idea that Wilson had accessible to him.

This morning, Jessie Jackson and Brown’s father (who dressed his best for the press conference. Brown’s father pulled out all the stops for this interview, wearing his favorite had with the sticker on it) addressed the media. They mostly deflected blame on Brown and threw it all on Wilson.

That’s what strikes me as odd. Michael Brown is a criminal. He robbed a store and assaulted an officer. Yet the story is about the officer that served justice. Wilson didn’t put down Michael Brown: Road scholar, Community Leader and all around great guy. Wilson shot Michael Brown: Thief, Criminal, and Scumbag.

The Brown family started their statement off perfectly. They said “We are highly disappointed….” And the rest is just nonsense. This is how a “logical” person would finish the sentence.

We are highly disappointed that our son is a criminal.

We are highly disappointed that we weren’t better role models for our son.

We are highly disappointed in the public our cry

We are highly disappointed that people use our son’s death as a reason to riot and loot

We are highly disappointed that Michael Brown’s stepfather called for violence

We are highly disappointed in our community that we turned on each other

We are highly disappointed that Reverend Al Sharpton made this story about race instead of Justice

The list can go on and on. I wish that Michael Brown was just an average kid that was shot by a raciest police officer, but he wasn’t. Michael Brown was a piece of crap that acted like a piece of crap and got shot…..like a piece of crap.

Justice has been served. Now just like Robert McCulloch’s reading of the verdict, I URGE a Michael Brown supporter to say something to disagree with my argument. Every idiot who is rioting and walking the streets with their hands up, I hope you read and “try” to disagree with me.

Filth

A very below average somewhat comedy cop drama with a good cast that nowhere lives up to an enjoyable movie. Filth tries entirely too hard to be something more. The jokes are way too disturbing and only come across as “shock value”.

The storyline isn’t even worth talking about, just boring and bland. The characters make you question why they are even police officers in the first place. James McAvoy was why I put on this movie. He rarely does a bad movie, but “rarely” means that once in a while he does a bust…this was that bust.

In short, this movie is bad. It tries to be something more than it is and takes a very odd approach to comedy. I guess the title sums it up perfectly. Filth gets a well-deserved 1/5.

Evidence

I remember watching this movie with a huge smile on my face. In my head I kept saying “I’m going to tear this movie a new one”. I understand True Blood is in its final season, but this wasn’t the movie to get Stephan Moyer other movie deals.

The problem with this movie is that it takes a very real approach to what crime scene investigators do. They have a long boring process that shouldn’t be portrayed in a movie. The main plot is finding out how a group of people died in a deserted area. Moyer and his team look through the video cameras left by the dead and piece together what happened. You’re mostly watching home movies for most of the movie.

The story does pick up a bit when the murders happen, but why am I watching star actor Stephan Moyer watch videos? Wouldn’t we rather see him stopping the crimes or doing something more than analyzing tape?

Yes I understand this is what they do, but this isn’t a movie worth watching. This isn’t a movie for Criminal Justice majors to watch and see what it’s like to really do this. That might’ve been the idea when this movie was in production, but missed the mark entirely.

I give it my lowest score ever. A 0/5 and a MUST AVOID label. There were problems everywhere in this movie. The acting wasn’t even redeeming, even by Moyer, which was surprising.

Why Have A Trial?

I’ve been following the Aaron Hernandez story since it first broke. Before I say what I need to say I want to first state that I believe that he is 100% guilty and deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison.

I 100% agree with what the Patriots are doing by letting fans return his jersey for another player and I even agree with what the game manufacturers are doing by removing him from the videogames. BUT, can we at least have the trial first before we obliterate this man from existence?

He is deemed “guilty” already in the public’s eye. There isn’t a single person who thinks he didn’t do it. The Judicial system says “innocent until proven guilty”. I’m not saying I believe he didn’t do it, but can we at least not rush into things? Can we at least have the trial and the verdict by a jury of his peers before we destroy him?

I just feel really uncomfortable that all these things are happening and he hasn’t even had a proper trail. The only thing I can suspect is that the Patriots don’t want to be associated with anyone who had any involvement. I completely agree with their stand point, but the whole jersey thing is going too far without a trial. I would rather see the trial happen and then let fans return their jerseys.

I already stated what the American Judicial system preaches and it’s odd to watch everyone else completely ignore that fact before the actual facts are revealed.

Well That’s The End Of Your Career

Murder charge, 5 gun charges, home video, cell phone tracking, gun on camera….things don’t look good for Aaron Hernandez. He is being held in jail without bail until the trial. There isn’t one shred of positive evidence in his favor.

Text messages from his phone aren’t positive either. They are all leading up to the murder and then his phone was destroyed. His home security system was destroyed, but not  before they saw Hernandez with a gun before leaving and coming back home. Obstruction of Justice wasn’t filed because the footage of Hernandez with a gun was still present.

This doesn’t look good for Hernandez and I will be updating this story more as it unfolds.

Hernandez Released

After Patriot’s Tight End Aaron Hernandez was taken out of his home in handcuffs, he was quickly released by the Patriots organization. The news broke early and quickly about his arrest. I completely agree with the Patriots in their decision to release Hernandez.

The Patriots are a 0 distraction team. But this isn’t about football. A man, Odin Lloyd, was murdered and Hernandez is somewhat involved. It doesn’t matter how good Hernandez is, it doesn’t matter how much money he has brought to the organization. A man was murdered, end of story.

Hernandez even received a huge contract extension from the Patriots and this is how he repays them. I’ve heard reports that Hernandez has some gang affiliation and gun charges. This is just another story of a gangster getting a shot at something great. As expected, he blew his chance at greatness.

Baring if he is released from prison, which I do doubt. I think some legal and suspension measures will be handed down on Hernandez. I do see a team taking a chance on him. He is a talented player, but he doesn’t deserve a second chance. You can’t take the gang out of the gangster.

Arrest Warrant Out For Aaron Hernandez

Patriots Tight End Aaron Hernandez might be facing jail time because of ‘obstruction of justice’ in the homicide investigation of Odin Lloyd. The details aren’t clear about the death of Lloyd, but Aaron is believed to have lied to police.

His aunt’s daughter seems to be a suspect and Aaron is accused of lying to police. After Lloyd was murdered a rental car paid for by Hernandez was found by then crime scene. Hernandez’s home security system was destroyed internally and his cell phone was smashed. Also a cleaning service was brought to his house after the murder occurred. Now footage from his neighborhood shows Hernandez with Lloyd hours before the murder.

Police have issued a warrant and things don’t look that positive for him. When the beginning details of this story broke it sounded bad, but now things look even worse for Hernandez. This is a man who is a top Tight End in the league, but now it looks like his career is in jeopardy because he lied to police. More on this story as it develops.

The Final Chapter

Warning Spoilers

The creators of The Following have done a great job at leaving you at the edge of your seat. The season finale left viewers wishing for just a few more seconds before it went to credits. It’s been a long time since I’ve watched a season finale like this. It had all the elements of what a finale should be.

We saw Ryan and Joe face off, with Joe ultimately coming to an end…..or did he? I wouldn’t think they would kill off the main villain just so quickly. After an explosion that supposedly killed Joe Carroll, we see news reports saying that his “dead was confirmed”.

If this show has taught us anything its things aren’t what they appear to be. Carroll’s followers are everywhere. In the police force, our neighbors, to say that Joe might not have a follower as a coroner is justified.

We saw an explosion and assumed Joe was killed. He could’ve always jumped out and the dead body of the man he just killed could’ve been discovered. The show doesn’t just have things for no reason in it. Everything happens for a reason. Joe killed that man in the house for a reason.

The season ended with Ryan on his back after just being stabbed in his home. Joe’s wife, Claire has just been stabbed too before the show cut to black. Obviously Ryan isn’t dead, but maybe Claire? Joe did say the ending had to be Ryan witnessing Claire die before his eyes.

Joe planned everything so far. What’s to say he didn’t plan all this too. I wouldn’t think he’d allow himself to be killed so easily. That wouldn’t make a good enough ending for Joe. Can’t wait for the next season to see which direction the show goes.

I gave the show an early 4/5 after the first episode. This show is now a 5/5 after the first season. I hope they can keep us this momentum when the show returns.

A Gunshot And Now A Massive Police Presence

I was listening to the news feed on the radio and there was a gunshot. A single gunshot and that was it. There isn’t much information the police are relaying to the public, but they have someone they are questioning.

We don’t know if it is Dzhokhar, but many suspect it is someone that knows him or might know where he might be. Again it all very vague details that are giving to us, but the police are talking to someone.

I doubt it is Dzhokhar because of the amount of time that has passed since this part of the story broke. Ruslan Tsarni is the uncle of the brothers and is speaking out against Dzhokhar and is telling him to “turn yourself it”. He furiously is distancing himself from his nephews and telling how “they brought great shame to Chechnya”.

News is still coming in, but nothing in concrete. Dzhokhar is still on the run, but I don’t think for long. There is an incredible police presence and I doubt this story will end with him being taken out in handcuffs.

These men bombed a marathon, shot a MIT guard, stole a car and threw bombs at police. This doesn’t look like it’ll end with him living. The biggest problem is we want to know why they did this and if anyone else is involved. More to come as the story develops.
